Some of our more important Terms & Conditions
1. Please arrange adequate parking for the team. Any parking tickets/fines will be billable to client.
2. Our working hours are –
8am – 6pm Monday to Friday
9am – 5pm Saturday
10am-4pm Sunday/Bank holidays
Work done outside of these hours is subject to an additions £15ph + vat charge. Weekends have a an extra £10ph + vat charge.
3. We can only enter lofts that are properly lit, floored and with safe access
4. Payment is due via bank transfer within 24 hours of job completion.
5. Late charges may be applied if payment is not made within 24 hours of job completion.
6. We do disconnect washing machines, gas appliances or electrical fittings. These will need to be done by a registered specialist.
7. You have 7 days from completion of job to make an insurance claim. Your attention is drawn to Clauses 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of our Terms & Condition which set out our liability to you for loss of or damage to goods and property.
