Removal and Storage

Unlike when choosing traditional self-storage, we offer a full package, including both removal and storage in Swiss Cottage. This allows you maximum flexibility with how much you choose to store and means that you do not have to worry about making any arrangements, as our team will cover it all. All you will need to do is give us a call or email and explain what you are planning to put into storage; there is no minimum number of items you can store with us, so if it’s just the one, that’s not a problem at all. From here, we’ll be able to estimate how much space you’ll need and your weekly charge. We don’t ask for a deposit, but we do charge four weeks worth of rent in advance, but don’t worry if you decide to empty your storage unit in the middle of the billing month, we’ll refund you the difference.

Once your storage solution is all organised, we’ll arrange a slot to visit your address to pick up the goods you plan to store. You can dismantle and pack up your items ahead of this, but if not, our team are always more than happy to do it when they arrive. We’ll then pop them into our van and head off to deliver them to our facility in Park Royal. Here we used containerised storage, which is not only temperature-controlled but also equipped with 24-hour CCTV. You can take your items out of storage whenever you wish, just get in touch, and we’ll deliver them back to you. Movers and Packers

It is often assumed that moving house will always be a stressful process, and while we agree that there is a lot to get organised, it most definitely doesn’t mean that it cannot be enjoyable. Our movers and packers in Swiss Cottage are experts at making what would typically be a demanding day into a smooth, stress-free experience. We’ll offer an extra pair of hands every step of the way, easing the pressure and ensuring that you are all organised ahead of your moving date.

To determine how much time we need to allocate to preparing your belongings, we’ll always spend time getting to know your needs. For a house move, we’ll usually only need the day before your move to dismantle furniture and pack up the majority of your goods. If you have a larger load or are planning an office relocation, for example, we’ll book slightly more time. We’ll also tailor our plan of action to your property time and any restriction it may have, such as an apartment block with a narrow staircase. In this instance, we can bring along additional equipment such as a portable furniture platform or scaffolding to remove pieces of furniture via windows or balconies.

On the day of your move, we’ll carefully load everything into our vans and then head off to your new location. At this stage, if you’ve chosen our complete pack and unpack service, we’ll begin getting you settled into your property. If not, then we’ll still help to unload the van, assemble furniture and put moving boxes in the right rooms, but then leave you to get unpacked.

Interior Design Logistics

Our experience in interior design logistics in Swiss Cottage means that we can provide full support with not only the installation of your project but also in the lead-up. We recognise the importance of organisation, so we will create a tailored, strategic plan that will minimise any unexpected hiccups on the day of the installation. If needed, this can also include managing your stock in the lead up to the project. We have a secure warehouse to which you are more than welcome to get your stock delivered to, and we’ll make sure that there is someone on hand upon its arrival to check for any damage caused during transit. We’ll also add all goods that we have received to an online inventory so you can keep track.

To ensure that your installation day runs smoothly, if you are based in a building that we have not visited before, we’ll typically visit there ahead of time to work out the logistics. This allows us to determine factors such as the most efficient place to park our van for unloading, along with whether we’ll need any specialist access equipment. In doing this, we can create a detailed plan of action for our team, ensuring that your deadlines are met, and they can help you as much as possible.
